Customers also have the right to request the partial or total deletion of personal data and to oppose the processing of personal data. The client can request any of the rights listed above based on a written request, signed and dated, submitted to the headquarters of Zivax Maxi SRL. The refusal to provide this data makes it impossible to honor the Orders.

Maxikids.md further uses name, postal address, email address and telephone number to notify Buyers of current offers through the weekly / monthly newsletter and may send greeting cards, gift vouchers or other special messages.
