General conditions for returning products within 14 days
The buyer has the right to return a Maxikids product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The products you return must be in the same condition in which they were received: unworn, unwashed, without traces of wear, stains or tears and must contain the labels intact. In case of non-compliance with these conditions, Maxikids.md reserves the right to refuse the return of the products. The returned product must be presented in the original packaging, in the same condition in which it was delivered and accompanied by the gifts or accessories with which it was delivered. You can return the products both by courier and in Maxikids stores after completing the return form.
1. How to make the return:
- Please fill in the online return form;
- Pack the products you want to return in the original bag or box. If the products chosen for the return have been accompanied by gifts, they must also be returned;
- Please add to the package the tax receipt and a copy of the invoice you received upon delivery from the courier;
- Send the package with the products to Maxikids.md with a courier company at:

Careful! The costs for returning the products will be paid by the buyer!
The refund of the value of the returned product will be made within 7 days from the receipt of the Return Form by bank transfer to the account of the customer who paid online, or in cash at the address indicated by the customer through the courier service. Cash delivery will be paid by the buyer! If the customer does not pay the cost of the return, it will be settled from the value of the returned products. The cost of transport will be mentioned at the time of the phone call.
2. Defect or damaged products upon receipt
If you receive a defect product, all you have to do is contact the Maxikids team within the first 72 hours of receipt, sending us a photo with the product to maxikids.moldova@gmail.com and we will replace the product. And in this case please fill in the Return Form. Return and shipping costs for the replacement product are borne by Maxikids. For products whose packages show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them.
3. Changing products in Maxikids stores
There is the possibility of changing products, which do not suit you according to size, model, detection of defects caused during manufacture or transportation, you can change them in any of the Maxikids stores. In case of price difference, the insufficient amount is added by the buyer, if the requested product is at a higher price.
