DELIVERIES IN MOLDOVA
Our operators are procesing the orders from 09:00 to 17:00, from Monday to Friday, excepting weekends and public holidays. The operator will confirm the order shortly after placing it. Delivery is made after order confirmation, on Mondays and Thursdays of each week. The products are delivered by courier both in Chisinau and throughout the Republic of Moldova. The products are delivered by companies specialized in courier. The courier will call one hour before bringing the ordered product to make sure you will be at the indicated address. Only one delivery address is accepted for each order. Products are NOT delivered in the districts on the left bank of the Dniester (in Transnistria).
Delivery fees in Chisinau:
- FREE delivery in Chisinau at an order higher than 400 lei;
- Delivery 45 lei in Chisinau, for an order less than 400 lei.
Delivery time in Chisinau: Delivery is made after placing the order on the site, between 13:00 and 19:00, on Mondays and Thursdays of each week. We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
Delivery fees in other regions of Moldova and the suburbs of Chisinau:
- FREE delivery to other localities at an order higher than 800 lei;
- Delivery 65 lei in other localities, for an order less than 800 lei.
Delivery time: For orders completed on the website www.maxikids.md until 12:00, delivery is made in 2-3 working days, between 9:00 and 19:00. For orders completed on the website www.maxikids.md after 12:00, delivery is made in 3-4 working days, between 9:00 and 19:00, depending on the locality and the workload of the courier company .
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (Europe, USA, Canada)
For International Deliveries, the payment of the products is made only online directly on the site.
International deliveries are made through the Post Office of Moldova, depending on the weight of the package:
If the product weighs less than 0.5 kilograms, then the delivery fee is 200 MDL (10 EUR);
If the product exceeds 0.5 kilograms, then its tax will be calculated according to the formula: 375 MDL (18,75 EUR) x mass of the product = delivery tax;
EXAMPLE: 375 MDL (18,75 EUR) x 0.550 gr = 206,25 MDL (10,31 EUR)
FREE delivery in Europe, for orders over 3000 lei (150 EUR).
FREE delivery in the USA and Canada, for orders over 5,000 lei (250 EUR).
Delivery time: within 14 working days after order processing, from 10:00 to 18:00.
CAREFUL! Upon receipt of the package, please check that it is intact and without damage and sign the receipt of the goods. By signing the delivery deed, the package and the delivered products officially pass into your possession.
